Do not take their service even when you’re at your worst. Fraud company!
In short: Luggage reached me after a month when they guaranteed 7 days. Utter unprofessional behaviour, lied about the updates. Charged me for an extra box. Basically a fraud and deceiving company. Denied to share tracking id, dispatched my goods after holding on to them for 20 days. Also, damaged goods.
I’m writing this review in anger and hate against everything Safe logistics Cargo Movers stands for. But underneath this hate driven review, I want to save you from what I had to endure after taking their services.
Before opting for their services: They are the epitome of professionalism. Wins your confidence at the blink of an eye with their warmth and expertise. I was moving my goods from Delhi to Guwahati
Their service: This is the part when I started having my doubts. They came to pick my stuff up in an alto-type car. 3 dudes in their casuals with no civility. They hurriedly threw my goods in their cardboard boxes with no proper packaging. They acted with haste like incompetent hands. They literally threw my file of documents into the boxes without even asking me so. I explicitly made arrangements for them to grab only the stuff I wanted them to. They went out of their way in the wrong way and stuffed all the things I didn’t want them to.
After packing: they asked for full payment. They said they will release the tracking id only after the payment. Like an unsuspecting civilian, I paid them what was due. They said my luggage will reach me in 7 days. Sounded good enough.
After 8 days: I contacted them about the whereabouts of my stuff. They replied that it will reach me in 3 days. Mind you they didn’t even share the tracking id. Upon asking for it, they reply like robots the same answer for nth no of times- tracking id mill jayega apko sir.
After 2 weeks: Things started getting worrisome for me because with my luggage, my file of documents was there within. I called them religiously everyday but they would simply act rude “aap call karke pagal kar rakhe ho” this is their response! Everyday they would say that luggage aapko kal mil jayega.
After 3 weeks: When the water got overhead, I decided to take help of police. They made an enquiry call. Even then all I got from then was this “luggage apko kal mil jayega tracking shamko mil jayega” after 2 days they sent me a tracking id! And the worst thing about that- I booked their services on 25 July. They dispatched my luggage on 14 August! After 20 days they decided to dispatched my luggage! Why you would ask? I believe that did it to cut cost my dispatching my stuff with others enroute to the same destination. I understand that but why lie about it. Why say 7 days when it took you 20 days to just dispatch. When I check the tracking id, it said 5 boxes when in reality they charged me for 6 boxes. They adjusted the content of the 6 box into the other 5. The level of fraud they have committed is unbelievable. Before the tracking id, they would try to keep you in the shadow by giving vague details like luggage apka chain route hoke jayega gujarat hoke jayega. Such utter incompetence.
After 4 weeks: my luggage reached me after 27 days- I haven’t yet unpacked them as I write this review. I’ll soon edit it if I happen to find any damage to the goods. Never in your worst nightmares opt for their services.
Update: Some of my utensils are damaged.
